SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Each item indicates it's own average shipping time. We do our best to ship as stated, however, if your item will be delayed we will contact you.

Some features such as shipping costs may not be fully operational yet. If we find that you have been overcharged for postage, we promise to make it right for you. If you were undercharged, that's your good fortune and our loss. All shipping charges now include a nominal amount for insurance. Once your order has left our office, delivery inquiries or claims must be made directly to the Postal Service.

Do you want to schedule local pickup? We are happy to oblige pickup in Beverly Hills or we may arrange to meet you at a mutually convenient location based on our availability. We will contact you by text or phone to schedule.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want your shopping experience to be a pleasant one!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 10 days of receipt. Refunds will be made for purchase price of non-personalized items (sorry, we can not refund shipping costs) when returned to us within 30 days in original condition. Due to health concerns, personal items such as earrings cannot be returned unless there is a defect in workmanship. If an item is received damaged by the postal service, we will work with you to file the appropriate claim. Unless defective, we are unable to accept returns for custom or personalized orders, design fees, digital downloads or items that have been used and are no longer saleable.

Order cancellations will be accepted on any item except personalized or custom orders at any time prior to shipping. Requests for cancellation of personalized or custom items must be received prior to design and production which generally begins with in a few hours of order receipt. Once design or production of your personalized or custom order has started, no cancellations will be accepted. If you claim your item is unusable due to defective materials or workmanship, we reserve the right to request photos of the defect before authorizing return.
